Barbara -Dave cleaned the furniture to perfection. We moved
our daughter to Lincoln, and her sofas and futon got very soiled
in the move. Dave came out the day I called and did a superb
cleaning of the furniture. He took his time and I recommend him

February 12, 2011 Got the cat urine smell out! Mycat had
urinated on my new sofa - the smell was terrible. I tried to clean it
myself at home with my little Green Machine, but the horrible
smell was still there. I called Royal Carpet &Upholstery Cleaning
for a quote and they got back to me within two days. I had them
come and steam clean the entire sofa and deoderize it. Soooo
much better! And the deoderizer left a fresh, clean scent, not
some heavy cover-up perfume. Their service is a bit pricey, but
effective. The other option was buying another sofa. The two
gentleman spoke English, were polite, done in about an hour,
and cleaned up after themselves. I would call Royal Carpet and
Upholstery Cleaning again. -Owner of a Naughty Cat,
B.J.D.- We have used Royal Carpet Cleaning for many years.
They always do an outstanding job. The owner is always on the
jobsite which we did not find with previous carpet cleaning
companies. We highly recommend them. I have had Royal
Carpet Company doing my carpets and furniture for many years.
I like a person who owns the company that actually does the
work. I find Dave to be very dependable and am amazed how he
has gotten red wine stains out especially on my sofa. I

addressed them with care! Royal Carpet Cleaning got out a stain
that I thought was impossible!!! They are always here right on

Hired Royal Carpet to come out &clean my living room for an
open house this weekend and WHAT A GREAT JOB he did!! He
didnt just make one pass over the carpet and pack it in, he
actually CLEANED the carpet. He cared what it looked like when
it was done. (And let me tell you, it needed the cleaning!) So
impressed to find such hard workers, great customer service,

wanted our carpets professionally cleaned. We were also hoping
to get rid of the previous owner's pet smells as it was obvious
their dog had a couple accidents. We called Royal Carpet and
they not only made our carpets look brand new but they were
successful in deodorizing the home. Dave and his crew are very
personable and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend
them to anyone!
Harold 02/08/2010 Iused Royal Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning to
clean my carpets, and specially work on the pet stains that I was
concerned about. He also put on the Scotchgard carpet
protector. I got him off of Angie's List, and he was good. He
came out, measured all the rooms and gave me an estimate on
how much it would be for all the rooms and for the guard to put
on top of it. I guess he owned the business and he was doing the
job himself, and I liked that part. He came on time. He said that if
I had any problems with the pet stains, he would come back the
next day or whenever it was dry. He did come back and do a
good job of it. I was surprised by how much I spent on the job,
but again, I did a lot more than I was intending to do. Moreover, I
had put on the Scotchgard as well. I think that his prices were
comparable.

Jenifer - Feb 1, 2012 I've hired other companies to clean my
carpet during one of their ”special”pricing events and have never
really been satisfied. I called Dave based on the reviews on this
website and I was not disappointed! Dave answered the phone
when I called and gave me a good estimate (a little lower than
Stanley Steemer) and was able to come out within two days to
clean my carpets. Dave was on time and called when he was on
his way over to the house. He was very friendly and even gave
great advice on cleaning and types of carpet to buy. My carpet is
clean and the stains all came out! I would highly recommend
Royal Carpet!

Due to an long illness, my carpets had accumulated a lot of soil
and stains. Dave did a great job of getting this all clean. He was

of the dog odor in our carpets. We had an old dog that couldn't
always make it outside in time. When he finally died, our carpets
were awful. Dave was at our house within a week and was able to
eliminate most of the problem. A year later he came back for a
routine cleaning and now the stains and smell are completely
gone. We honestly thought we would have to replace all of our
carpets, so this has been wonderful.

Restored! Royal came by and made our white (!) sofa and
loveseat look good as new. We've had him work on it several
times over the years, and the work just keeps improving. And this

blood thinner, that makes her healthier, Bad News, she cut her
TOE instead of her nail. more Bad News, she bled like crazy all
over the carpets walking around to find her phone and even

carpeting and flooring cleaned to get it ready for
selling. I'd used Royal in the past and based on that
experience, I called Dave for this job. I thought it was
an impossible task considering the condition of the
flooring and carpeting. Dave and his assistant did
an excellent job, the carpets look new and the
flooring was cleaned beyond my expectations! The
